Over the past 30+ years, Terri has helped to build two highly successful companies in the construction industry. She recently sold one of these multimillion-dollar businesses and plans to spend some of her future energies helping iWound capture a considerable portion of the digital wound market. Her past experience in the financial field securing government contracts and personally handling the day-to-day operations of her companies should prove helpful in the growth of iWound across North America and further expansion around the world. On a personal note, Terri stays fit playing hockey, baseball and golf. Her other passion is her cottage, spending time with family and friends, boating, fishing, and enjoying water sports.
Neil Clark has been a devoted husband to his wife Linda for 48 years. He is a father of three sons and grandfather of two. Neil has been an integral member of the business community in and around Toronto for over 35 years. His ability to find value in businesses has proven to be a great attribute in Neil’s success story. Founder of several successful start-ups, Neil has diversified from the Steel Industry, the Automotive Industry, Bio-Tech, and now the Digital Medical Industry. As an investor and Board Member, Neal looks forward to bringing strategic thinking to the growth of iWound.
Miro Melas is the President/Owner of Melas Co. Ltd., a specialty contractor that installs firestop/ smoke sealing, and sealants on commercial, industrial, and high-rise projects in Toronto and the surrounding areas. Melas Co. Ltd. has been in operation for nearly 45 years, 25 years of them under Miro Melas’ leadership, with over 40 employees. He is also a real estate investor and developer who has worked on a wide variety of projects. Miro was the top scholar in his class at Centennial College Architectural Program.
Raymond (Ray) Garneau: Graduated from McGill University and is the former Vice-President of Marketing at Trust Robin, Inc. Trust Robin acquired iWound in Oct 2019, and Ray became President in June 2020. Ray has more than 350 professional recommendations for New Business Development, Strategic Planning, Product Development, and Sales Management. He is also a Steven Covey instructor for “The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People”. Ray is a strategic innovator that drives demand, marketing, and direct value-creation programs for a number of wound care markets, such as home care, telehealth, SNF, assisted living, palliative care, and long-term care. Dave has been married to his high school sweetheart Lee (Lydia) for over 50 years. They have two daughters Lisa and Allison and two sons, Kelly, and Kevin. After graduating from The University of Guelph, he applied to law school, but on his way, he ended up in the financial field. His company, Priority Planning Financial, has been advising individuals and corporations for over 50 years. Along the way, he has founded and funded many start-ups ranging from the real estate industry, the online gaming industry, and currently the digital medical field. After successfully taking Pro Gaming League public as Millennial Esports he co-founded Trust Robin, iWound Canada and most recently iWound USA . By surrounding himself with individuals who are all pre-eminent in their field and passionate about raising the standard of treatment and healing, iWound plans to capture a significant share of the market going forward.
Linda has been married to Neil Clark (also a Board member) for 48 years. Besides producing three beautiful sons for Neil, she has provided him with “Spock-like” common sense as they grew their various businesses from the humble beginnings in their garage, to offices and plants exceeding 150,000 square feet. iWound is pleased that this successful partnership is now providing advice and direction to our global digital medical ventures going forward.
