Dave Westlake

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

After graduating from the University of Guelph, Dave founded Priority Planning Financial 3.1.1971. PPF has now been providing private wealth management guidance and wealth protection strategies to both individuals and corporations for fifty years. Over this period of time, Dave founded and funded many start-ups leading to private equity sales or public offerings. In 2012, he co-founded Pro Gaming League Inc. which went public in 2016 as Millennial Esports Inc. Also, in 2016 he co-founded Trust Robin Inc. and helped coordinate the acquisition of iWound in 2019 to significantly improve the quality of wound care while decreasing the overall cost to individuals or institutions. 

Ray Garneau


Raymond (Ray) Garneau: Graduated from McGill University and is the former Vice-President of Marketing at Robin Trust Inc. Trust Robin acquired iWound in Oct 2019, and Ray became President in June 2020. Ray has more than 350 professional recommendations for New Business Development, Strategic Planning, Product Development, and Sales Management. He is also a Steven Covey instructor for “The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People”.  Ray is a strategic innovator that drives demand, marketing, and direct value-creation programs for a number of wound care markets, such as home care, telehealth, SNF, assisted living, palliative care, and long-term care. He has achieved numerous notable achievements including being a part of the executive suite of several multinational corporations (Fortune 300 leader) as well as in the commercialization of products and services in more than thirty countries, including; N.A/, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. “The key to success….. ” iWound will be process obsessed; it is the lynchpin to predictable successful patient outcomes, and it’s part of iWound’s core values.” ~Ray Garneau.


Vice President, Clinical Business Development

Wound care has been Kari’s love since the very beginning of her nursing career, she began providing clinical education on prevention and treatment as well as product sales support to LTC staff in 2004. Kari has worked in the Pharmaceutical and DME-Wound Care space as a sales and clinical educator and as a certified Workers Compensation Nurse Case Manager from 2006-2021. Throughout her case management and wound care careers, she became inspired to open her own wound management company Wound Wise Consulting and Case management company CompCare Concepts. In 2020 Kari obtained certification for Wound Care Nurse Certified-WCN-C and Conservative Sharp Wound Debridement – CSWD-C through the Organization of Wound Care Nurses and is now a Faculty member and presenter. Kari is a member of the ABWM, APWCA, AAWC, Organization of Wound Care Nurses, and CMSA.


Vice President, Clinical Education and Content Marketing

Cheryl’s mother died at the age of 47 from complications related to diabetes, amputation, and pressure ulcers; Cheryl channeled her grief into a love for wound care. She has over 20 years of wound care expertise as a board-certified wound nurse, educator, and expert content writer.  Cheryl has received many high-praise reviews as a nationally recognized wound educator and has been invited to speak to interdisciplinary audiences all over the world. Cheryl developed a comprehensive educational training manual for onboarding wound care physicians and has authored and contributed more than 200 white papers, ebooks, blogs, and articles for WoundSource and freelance.

Cheryl is Vice President Board of Directors of the International Alliance Wound Care Scholarship Foundation (IAWCSF), on the Speakers Bureau for the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC), a Board of Directors and Diplomate for the American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA), and Fellow for the American College of Wound Care Specialists (ACCWS).

Kathy Conway, RN, MSN, CWON

Wound, Ostomy, Continence and Nursing Informatics Specialist

Kathy was only 12 years old when her step-grandmother had colon cancer and had fecal diversion surgery. Later, Kathy learned of the complications of how wearing an ostomy appliance affected her step-grandmother’s quality of life. She knew at that time she wanted to be an ET nurse and attended the Cleveland Clinic R.B. Turnbull JR., MD School of (WOC) Enterostomal Therapy where she also developed a high interest in wound care.

Kathy is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, with over 20 years as a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse. Additionally, she has worked as an Adjunct Medical/Surgical Nursing Instructor at Stark State College and as the lead of the Aultman Hospital’s Skin Team that included overseeing the rules, policies, and procedures pertaining to wound and ostomy care in order to achieve continuous functional excellence. She also was responsible to plan, coordinate, and conduct auditor training for data collection. Kathy holds a BSN from Kent State University and an MSN from Walden University in Nursing Informatics.

Chelsea Lewis

Wound Solutions Development Manager

Dallas, TX

Chelsea has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry; with her last 10 years specializing in wound care with Smith + Nephew and Sanara MedTech.  Throughout her career she has demonstrated a consistent history of driving results through a patient and quality focus; from direct patient care to business development and management.  Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
